ELOTEX SEAL80, Encapsulated Silane, ELOTEX® SEAL80 is an encapsulated silane in powder form that provides excellent water-repellent properties on the surface and in mass of cementitious mortars. The active ingredient of ELOTEX® SEAL80 is released when the mortar is mixed with water, and it subsequently binds covalently to the inorganic mortar matrix. Therefore, it offers long term durability and an excellent pearl effect. ELOTEX® SEAL80 is fully efficient in alkaline medium at pH > 10. It provides significant reduction in water uptake and improves adhesion. ELOTEX® SEAL80 provides mortars with excellent wetting and mixing properties and is easy to dose with low dust formation. Furthermore, it has a long term shelf-life.

It provides excellent protection against water and oil penetration even at very low dosage. ELOTEX® SRT100 provides mortars with excellent wetting and mixing properties and is easy to dose with low dust formation. Furthermore, it has a long term shelf-life.

ELOTEX® SEAL712 provides mortars with excellent wetting and mixing properties, and is easy to dose with low dust formation. Furthermore, it has a long term shelf-life. It reduces the need for priming while retaining good paintability and coatability properties.
